There are so many orange with black trim butterflies and most of them are distinctly different, as is this Mexican Fritillary, Euptoieta hegesia (my gallery link).

And tomorrow I head for Boca Tapada in San Carlos Canton for one of my favorite lodges, Maquenque, where I will celebrate my 86th birthday with nature and lodge friends. Daily reports from there will be coming! 🙂
