Travel makes one modest, you see what a tiny place you occupy in the world.     ~Gustave Flaubert

Above is one of my photos of The Grand Canyon, Arizona, USA. My home continent may eventually have the most trips and/or photos because this is where I was most of my life and there is so much to see and photograph! But I have a long way to go to finish building these pages and so much of North America I would like to share!  I will start with Mexico then Canada because there were fewer trips in those two countries! Then little by little the U.S. that I knew and loved which will end up heavy on Tennessee because that is where my love of photography developed.

A lot of people don’t know this, but Toronto is probably the most multicultural city in North America.      ~Stephen Amell

Bicentennial Capitol Mall, Nashville, Tennessee across the street from where I lived for my first 10 years of retirement- just one of many places to be added to my North America pages as this site grows. All photos by Charlie Doggett.
