  1. You have excellent observational skills! I enjoy your posts but be careful of the pit vipers! You may have been a little too close. I grew up on a farm and my grandfather tried to keep us safe by teaching us to stay away from snakes. We had both copperheads and rattlesnakes in the area. As a small child it didn’t matter what kind—just stay away from snakes!
